This Seiko lens voucher is a thank you promotion from RS Optical Ltd (trading as Eyediology Opticians and Blackheath Eyecare). It gives you a choice of one offer on Seiko spectacle lenses – either 50% off for the original purchaser (up to two uses) or 25% off for a friend or family member. The voucher can be redeemed at either practice and is valid until the expiry date shown.
RS Optical Ltd reserves the right to refuse the voucher where eligibility cannot be verified and to amend or withdraw the offer at any time, while honouring valid vouchers already issued in line with these terms.

No. It’s either/or.
If any part of the 50% offer is used (even once), the 25% Friends & Family offer is void and cannot be used.

No. The 25% offer is only valid on a complete pair (new frame + Seiko lenses in the same transaction).

Yes. The 50% offer applies only where the new Seiko lens order is equal to or lower in value than the original Seiko lens purchase linked to the voucher.
If multiple pairs are purchased in one transaction, 50% applies to the lowest-value Seiko lens line(s).
Yes, if you purchase multiple pairs in the initial transaction, the 50% may be applied then (to the lowest-value Seiko lens line(s).
If the 50% is applied at the initial purchase, no voucher will be issued at collection.
No, offers can’t be stacked on the lens line.
EyePlan lens discounts can’t be used at the same time as this voucher. Where applicable, EyePlan frame savings may still apply.
To redeem the voucher, the order must be paid in full at the time of purchase on or before the expiry date.
We may still be able to apply it if we can verify eligibility using the original purchaser/referrer’s name and the original purchase record.
No. The voucher is non-transferable, has no cash alternative and can’t be exchanged for money.
Spectacle lenses are made to order, so changes may be limited once production has started. If you’re unsure, tell us before we place the order and we’ll do our best to help.
No. While the promotion is running vouchers are only issued when a complete pair of spectacles are ordered (new frame and new lenses).
