–Your vision has suddenly changed or has become blurry
–You have painful or red eyes
–You have been advised to attend this practice by NHS 111 or
another healthcare professional for urgent eye care
–You have broken or lost your glasses and need a replacement pair
–You have a problem with your contact lenses

Christmas and New Year
Eyediology will be closed as of Saturday the 23th December 2017 and will be open again on Tuesday 2nd January 2018.
During this time please contact us via the contact form as we will not be able to answer calls. We will endeavour to answer emails in a timely fashion, however, please be patient.

Contact Lens Wearers
Please ensure that enough time is left to order contact lenses if you are in danger of running low.
For existing Eyediology patients you may order by completing the contact lens reorder form.
We will be accepting online order, however, processing will be delayed until normal business hours are resumed.
Eye Emergencies in London
If you require emergency eye care out of our normal opening hours please contact Moorfields Eye Hospital on 0207 2533411. Moorfields Eye Hospital provides specialist emergency eye care e.g. sudden loss of sight, a painful red eye and nasty eye infections. Please note that all serious medical eye conditions can only be treated by medical eye doctors. If you think you have such a problem it is best to go straight to Moorfields eye casualty department.

Our optician’s practice is located in Spitalfields where the City of London meets the fashionable East end Market area. We are very near the Christ Church (often referred to as the St Paul’s Cathedral of the East End of London)
Walking from Shoreditch High St overground station to Eyediology…
We are a 8 minute walk from Shoreditch overground station, please use the map below as a guide or call us for directions.
We are located just outside the Congestion Charge zone.
City Airport is the closest airport and about 6 miles away. However, due to our central location we are near all the other London airports shuttle services to Central London.
Bus number 67 stops on Commercial Street. However, there are a large number of bus routes that operate to and from Liverpool Street and Aldgate areas which are just a few minutes walk away (see map).
