For existing patients that have not booked online before you will need your Patient Identifier (Patient ID).
This is included with any appointment reminders you may have received. If you do not have it click here to request it or call us to obtain and you will be able to book online thereafter.
- Click ‘Registered’
- Enter your Patient ID and date of birth (DOB)
- Enter the Captcha code and click Continue
- Choose the appointment type
- If you wish to be seen by a particular optometrist please select or select ‘[ANY]’ to view all available appointment slots
- Click on ‘Appointment Date’ to view the available days for an appointment
- Scroll or use the arrows to select the day on which you would like your appointment (only available days are shown)
- Click on ‘Appointment Time’ to view the available times on the day selected to choose the time that suit you best.
- Add any comments that may be important to know before the appointment
- Click ‘Continue’
- Check the details of the appointment are as desired, click ‘Back’ to make any changes or ‘Confirm’ to complete your booking
