  • Consent: RS Optical Ltd obtains verbal consent from clients prior to taking and using their photo or video for any purpose. By providing consent, clients acknowledge and agree to the use of their images as outlined in this disclaimer.
  • Opt-Out Option: Clients have the right to opt out of having their personal image used at any time. To exercise this right, clients may contact Eyediology or Blackheath Eyecare directly to request the removal of their images from any platform.
  • Purpose of Use: Photographs and videos of clients may be used for various purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, marketing materials, and training sessions.
  • No Compensation: Clients understand and agree that they will not receive any compensation for the use of their personal image by RS Optical Ltd.
  • Release of Liability: RS Optical Ltd shall not be held liable for any misuse or unauthorised distribution of photographs or videos by third parties once they have been legitimately obtained and used in accordance with this disclaimer.
  • Modification of Disclaimer: RS Optical Ltd reserves the right to modify or update this disclaimer for the use of photographs and videos of clients at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued engagement with RS Optical Ltd constitutes acceptance of the modified disclaimer.

By providing consent for the use of photograph(s) and videos, clients acknowledge that they have listened, read, understood, and agree to this disclaimer regarding the use of photographs and videos of RS Optical Ltd clients. If you do not agree with any part of this disclaimer, please refrain from providing consent for the use of your personal image(s).
