A: Yes! You can refer any adult (over 18) who hasn’t attended either practice in the last 5 years.
A: Referrals of your own children under 18 aren’t eligible for credits because these appointments are usually arranged by parents or guardians, not through genuine word-of-mouth recommendations.
A: No, self-referrals are not permitted.
A: Only the first referral used to book the appointment qualifies for credits.
A: Yes, but only if the referred client pays full retail price with no staff, management, or goodwill discounts or concessions applied.
A: Yes, as long as each person is a new client and meets the eligibility criteria, each referral is treated individually.
A: You’ll receive an email or text notification when your referral qualifies for credits.
A: Contact the practice by phone, email, or in person and we’ll let you know your current balance.
A: Yes, credits can be redeemed at either practice.
A: Credits only expire if you don’t make a successful referral within 24 months.
A: Credits are only awarded for completed and fully paid transactions. If a referral is refunded or cancels, credits will not be awarded or may be removed.
A: No, Ambassadors are responsible for using their credits before they expire. Credits cannot be backdated or reinstated if not claimed before expiry.
A: We’ll notify you if your code changes. Be sure to keep your contact details up to date.
A: Credits are awarded to the individual whose ambassador code is presented at the time of booking or purchase.
